In 4.3M5 it breaks right-click menu and function keys (e.g. F3 on a type does not work anymore). That makes eclipse unusable.

I am experiencing the exact same problem and i am not sure what to do

I'm having the same problem.
Don't know if this is related, but for me this started happening when I tried to update the EGit plugin. I've tried uninstalling EGit and uninstalling and re-installing NGTest, but it doesn't help. I'm now getting the same error message, even with the NGTest plugin uninstalled.

To solve this issue you can start eclipse in clean mode:
eclipse -clean
Or just add "-clean" to your eclipse.ini config file.
