Generic receives an array of Tgallice\FBMessenger\Model\Attachment\Template\Generic\Element not an array of element data. This should work.

use Tgallice\FBMessenger\Messenger;
use Tgallice\FBMessenger\Model\Button\Postback;
use Tgallice\FBMessenger\Model\Attachment\Template\Generic\Element;

$messenger = Messenger::create($token);

$buttons = [
    new Postback('Start', 'event_start'),
    new Postback('Late', 'event_late'),
];
$element = new Element('This is name');
$element->setSubtitle('This is subtitle');
$element->setItemUrl('This is url');
$element->setImageUrl('This is image');
$element->setButtons($buttons);

$template = new \Tgallice\FBMessenger\Model\Attachment\Template\Generic(array($element));
$response = $messenger->sendMessage('807305902705297', $template);

You need to set an array of Element like in my exemple : $template = new \Tgallice\FBMessenger\Model\Attachment\Template\Generic(array($element));
