找到原因了，是因为在forms.py中增加了以下代码：
# 对评论内容进行验证
def clean_content(self):
content = self.cleaned_data.get('content')
if len(content) < 1:
raise forms.ValidationError('内容长度怎么能这么短呢！！')
# content = mistune.markdown(content)
return content其中这句代码：
content = mistune.markdown(content) 把评论内容当成了markdown格式的，然后转成HTML格式的文本，所以加了一个p标签。
