👋 Hello, world. I am a technologist and engineering leader from Hyderabad, India.

I have over 13 years of experience in technology and engineering including 7 years in management and leadership.

Currently, I work as the Head of Engineering at a tech-powered career services brand, where I lead a cross-functional team of over 60, building unique products that are helping people achieve more in their careers! It's all about the team. I enjoy building high-performing Agile teams.

I live and breathe startups and technology. During my career, I've helped take one company public. I've been part of founding teams of two Web3 companies that raised more than $25M in ICOs. I build for the long term.

In my current role, I have the privilege of building & scaling many career-enhancing and life-changing products serving tens of millions of users across the globe.

If you catch me outside of work, I'm an adventurous traveler - 3 countries and counting - and an avid music lover! I try to play the violin and the tabla in the Hindustani classical style(s).
