Add support for accelerometer and pressure sensitive buttons about scp2vjoy HOT 4 OPEN

ScpToolkit does not support reading accelerometer data from a DS3.

I'll look into adding support for reading pressure sensitive buttons.

Dispute the fact that the issue was closed, this was never implemented.
The video posted was of a custom build, the code for it never got added.
ScpToolkit does support this for the DS4, but not for the DS3

Edit: I'm only working with a DS3 controller, this wrapper supports DS4 controllers, but that support is not tested.

Trifles aside, I asked Silent, and he told me it's no special build: just original SCP one, soo.. Idk.
