The section name "content" is reserved about plates HOT 2 CLOSED

In Template.php file on line 171 you have reserved content name. Can you please update your docs to reflect this change?

What's the difference between fetch and insert function?

Not much, insert() automatically echo's the returned template content, whereas fetch() simply returns the template content as a string.

Let's say I setup a folder admin. Now I want to insert template blocks from a folder that resides in the admin directory i.e. admin/partials. Is it possible to use $this->fetch('partials/navigation') instead of $this->fetch('admin::partials/navigation')

No, not at this time, although that's an interesting idea. The issue is that you would not be able to reference the default template folder at this point. For your use case that might be totally fine, but maybe not others. I'll investigate adding some type of "automatic folder resolution" in a future release.
