Can't use optional text on Mining Village about androminion HOT 5 CLOSED

Do you think quickplay should just never choose for you, or is there some 
simple logic it could use to decide. Note that the logic could also be whether 
or not to ask (ie. don't ask the player if they already have 8+ coin)

I don't think there's any simple logic that would always work.  For a minute, I 
thought "don't ask the player if they already have 8+ coin" was a good one, but 
a player might want to make more than 1 buy (and could get that extra buy after 
playing the mining village).  This seems similar to issue 6 (Remodel + 
quickplay).

I think quickplay should never choose in this case.  Give me the option.

Fixed in 1.9.b7 to never play play automatically.
