No. This was with 0.1.2. I can't get 0.2.0 working with Rails 3.

Okay, I don't yet use cucumber in my rails 3 app, but db:test:prepare is used for running rspec tests. The establish_connection() fix in 0.2.0 was needed in order for db:test:prepare to work, ie this task calls establish_connection and previously you'd end up connected to the development database instead of the test database when it went to load the schema, etc. With 0.2.0 it does what is expected. It would be helpful to know what the problem you're having with 0.2.0 and rails3 is.
