List libxml 2.9+ dependency about dagobah HOT 1 CLOSED

Unfortunately, the whole "why won't this C extension install? I'll ask Stack Overflow. Oh, crap, I'm missing some dependency" is a bit of a time-honored Python tradition. I think the only people who can solve this issue properly are the C extension writers, assuming they could update their Makefiles to check for dependencies before failing during install.

It is a bit out of the scope of Dagobah to track all this, as we wouldn't really be able to enumerate all package requirements for all C extensions required directly by us or further down the hierarchy by the Python packages we list in requirements.txt.
