I accidentally pushed the changes into main instead of PR, so would like to put a summary of the changes here in lieu of a formal PR
Changes
- Added experiment folder 2023-02-21-single-country-normalized-features
- Each country has a dedicated notebook for training a model with scaled features. I adapted the experiment summary and feature scaling from the cross-country normalization notebook. I also simplified the code for feature scaling as we didn't need to do a groupby for single-country scaling.
- Each notebook also produces a model file
model_<cc>_normalized.pklin the same experiment folder
from unicef-ai4d-poverty-mapping.
