Hey @harsha0529 I'm actually not entirely sure of what you are doing, could you provide more details of the steps you're taking to setup your application?
Jitsi is used as an external library here, check if webpack is not interfering with the script somehow, I would look at their docs to see if you can do something different like excluding a dependency from the bundle (https://webpack.js.org/configuration/externals/)
It also looks like you have the defer keyword in your script tag which might be causing issues with having the api not available when the component requires it
