- You might want to run
heroku pgbackups:capture --expireto make sure you have the latest backup? pwdwill return the whole directory, you might want to pass it toawk.- I would just pipe result from
curltopg_restore[1] so I don't have to create a temp file that needs cleanup.
curl $path | pg_restore --verbose --clean --no-acl --no-owner -d $db

You can use basename:
app=$(basename `pwd`)from dotfiles.
