I already solved this problem.Because my ps uses windows system, so I need to change the parameter num_workers=0.

It is not recommended to run the run.py
using python run.py
directly. Instead, you could refer to bash script in scripts
folder.

RuntimeError:

This probably means that you are not using fork to start your
child processes and you have forgotten to use the proper idiom
in the main module:
if __name__ == '__main__':
freeze_support()
...
The "freeze_support()" line can be omitted if the program
is not going to be frozen to produce an executable.
just like I used python run.py to run the run.py directle
It shows same problem.
