已经完成上述两种UT-CASE的修复。
但是现在有两个错误，具体如下。不知道为什么会请求跟路径下的/base
（是不是本来是应该请求RAP MOCK服务的路径/mockjs/base的？）

控制台的404请求，是为了校验RAP插件包装后的KISSY/jQuery在请求一个不存在资源时，能正确报404错误，不是bug

- 我用的版本是v0.14.16, 控制台右上角的请求根路径无法修改,并且只有"请求"按钮,没有"mockjs数据"和"mockjs模板"按钮
