Ability to select fields which are visible on report's print page about thyme HOT 5 CLOSED

@Scoombe The idea is to enable / disable columns (not rows as you show). So when a user "prints" the page, the column on all rows will be hidden through the media="print" CSS.

We could also add a "print report" button which will trigger the print dialog. It's great for people who want to save to PDf to use this as "print to PDF".

A simple checkmark or something else in the table header columns would be sufficient. Or just a list of the column names with checkmarks with the text: "Show on printed view". Which ever seems more logic.

I think fiddling with what would look best is key, the functionality is the same in both cases.
