Used ports not named/exposed about operator HOT 1 OPEN

It looks like we already do something similar for a different metrics port when using the Enterprise variant. I'm guessing we didn't do something like this for the Calico variant because we previously had not been fetching the FelixConfiguration, but we have that now so adding a named port should not be too difficult. It would require:

1. in the core_controller: Take the configuration from FelixConfiguration and add it to the render.NodeConfiguration.
2. in the render/node: Take the new configuration option and add the appropriate configuration to the daemonset.

Thanks for pointing out we're missing this. Seems fairly straight forward anyone has interest in submitting a PR to add this, I would be happy to review.
