I have fixed the git segmentation errors. I apologize for those! Please re-download the latest published snow-leopard image and try again. I could use a testing team :/. From the README:
If you are running:
10.6
Snow Leopard: git-*-snow-leopard10.7
Lion: git-*-snow-leopard10.8
Mountain Lion: git-*-snow-leopard10.9
Mavericks: git-*-mavericks10.10
Yosemite: git-*-mavericks

(since I seemed to have closed the last issue prematurely, please close this issue out when you are satisfied).

Sounds good I will test them using my app when I get some users that have 10.6 & 10.7 and see if the new git-2.2.1-intel-universal-snow-leopard.dmg will work for my needs on 10.6-10.10. You can close it if desired, otherwise I can if you want to wait till I get confirmation on this from other users using my app. Thanks again for your help, its much appreciated :)
Tested the git-2.2.1-intel-universal-snow-leopard.dmg built on 21-Dec-2014 20:45 sucesfully so far on:
10.7, 10.9, and 10.10
I will update this comment as users use the app. So far it works for my app using the new git-2.2.1-intel-universal-snow-leopard.dmg without any segmentation fault errors.

Since it works on 10.10 and 10.7 you think it would more then likely work on 10.6 & 10.8?
Seems to be solved so closing the issue makes sense.
