I was wondering what the hell WKWebView actually was until I saw the WWDC video about it recently.
Holy crap, absolutely. We definitely gotta get in on that. :D
That being said, it would be such a fundamental change to the structure of TOWebViewController (As it was originally designed and built around the UIWebView constraints), that I doubt it's the kind of thing we could just 'drop' into the project.
Once the public release of iOS 8 is on the horizon, I'll make a branch and start having a look. :)

Closing this off since iOS 9 is out, and it looks slightly embarrassing having this kick around.
In the end, I opted to not go with WKWebView as it has several show-stopping limitations (mainly how it hoards all of its session/cookie data), but I HAVE now finally integrated size classes. :)
