Hey @rhlsthrm, thanks for the report.
When you install @protobuf-ts/plugin, you get packages from the "latest" channel in the 1.x branch.
I am working on 2.0 in the master branch. This is regularly released in the "next" channel.
#65 renames the parameter "server_grpc" to "server_grpc1", but this change is not released at all yet, see changelog.
Sorry for the inconvenience. For the next major update, I will try to swap the branches. Maybe this works out better.

Thank you for the response! I am pleased with the package so far, it seems like the best Typescript-based tooling for gRPC. I will be deploying this into production soon.
