Enhancement Request - Multilingual UI about getmyip HOT 8 CLOSED

@CMTriX, the first version of Get My IP with multilingual support is nearly ready. I don't plan any changes or additions to the language files. There are currently 189 strings, with several in the About and Settings sections being unchanged from WUView. Be sure to check out the wiki page, I've made some changes from WUView. I figured out how to use a carriage return in a string, so watch out for 
 in about 6 of the strings. If you can submit a PR for Dutch I would appreciate it.

I've also added a display on the Language section of the settings page (green ellipse). It shows the number of strings in the current language file versus the number in the en-US file.

No hurry, I still have a lot to do before I release version 0.9.0.
