Support for websocket about tiny-http HOT 2 OPEN

Websockets should be usable now.
The only remaining thing to do is add an example and some tests.

There is a slight problem with current websocket support. Since after upgrade all you have is a stream with Read and Write, it is not possible to both listen for Read and also listen for some other source of data (e.g. a channel or a TCP connection talking another protocol) to forward data over Write (because there is no way to get hold of the FD to do a select/poll for readiness). It is also not Sync, so this can't be split out into two threads to take two roles for the two directions. So I think a practical truly bidirectional websocket application (i.e. not just doing command-response) will have to find another solution apart from tiny_http right now.

In the future maybe tiny_http could become a tiny HTTP engine to allow working as a component in any event loop, i.e. with some independence from the transport. Or maybe current work on runtime-independent AsyncRead and AsyncWrite may provide a way forward to let it integrate into more places (independent of the runtime), enabling the kind of behaviour that truly bidirectional websockets require.
