Hi @blindspeed90. I see your point, but we haven't figured out how to do this yet. We made a principal decision a long time ago to not encourage developers to tweak the TinyMCE UI via CSS, because it caused a lot of support issues. Developers also hesitaded to update TinyMCE because they didn't want to risk to break their brittle CSS overrides.
Our solution to CSS customizations was to create a lot of LESS variables to enable a predictable way to change, but we haven't yet decided how to customize individual buttons. You can change the width of the menu buttons using the @toolbar-button-bespoke-label-max-width variable, and here is the documentation on how to do that.
