Have you ever run the previous version of Blink1Control?
You might have a corrupt settings file (and I think the loading of settings isn't very robust yet)
Try deleting the file: %APPDATA%\ThingM\Blink1Control.ini
and restarting Blink1Control.
Thanks!

%APPDATA%\ThingM\Blink1Control.ini does not appear to be created.
prior versions appear to do the same thing.
steps: (1) unzipped (2) executed exe

There is a new v1.82. Please try it and see if it resolves your issue.

But it is very strange you don't have a Blink1Control.ini file.
Are you running as an Administrator or a normal user?
Where are you placing the Blink1Control application folder?

Hopefully upcoming version v1.9 fixes this.

Looking forward to that - thanks for the update Tod.
