Jira integration about track-extension HOT 6 CLOSED

I don't want integration, just an easy button that does not influence the jira installation in any way :)
I'm guessing the problem for implementing it in this button is that the jira installation can be on any domain. The jira version might also gives difficulties.

Unfortunately Joggler plugin for JIRA is unavailable for OnDemand instances (and also costs money :)). I really love the idea of in-browser integration between the two services without third parties. I'll try to investigate what's needed to bring toggl-button to JIRA.

OK maybe I'll (my company) join the efforts + I'd like to bring additional requirement (feature) to be considered. I'm having pain now with integrating Toggl -> Freshbooks since Joggler tracks the time as "time entries" and I need entity Task + time entires to send it to Freshbooks. So I guess Toggl-button for Jira should support Task creation and ideally (in my case) it should use Epic/Version (some higher entity) for naming Tasks.

What do you think?

I need to look further into the entities that both systems have. Tasks however is a Pro feature in toggl, so I guess the Toggl Button extension should work both with and without it. This may be important for people that are trying out the service.
