Hm, I haven't been able to reproduce this; the Button border is working for me with all the stylesheets in the demo app, and its properties (e.g. border-color) are being applied correctly.
Could you let me know if you're still seeing this issue with the most recent version of NUI, and whether you're seeing it in both the demo app and in your own app, or only in your own app?
