I can put together a complete one. An example would actually be a slightly modified version of our unit test here:

This implements the NSURLProtocol abstract class; although the NSURLProtocol derived class in the unit test returns "NO" for all requests, if it returns "YES" trouble begins to happen.

NSURLProtocol derived classes are called when resources are needed.

If from javascript you issue a blocking (synchronous) request for data, it will completely lock up. The request is coming from "From JS executes A -> Blocking Apple Obj-C Method -> That Needs To Callback delegate to JS".

The whole thing blows a gasket when the callback delegate discovers the context/isolate is already in use.
