We're committed to supporting KaMPKit for the foreseeable future. It is a "template project", but there's a lot more put into it than your average template project. It is intended to be the best place to get started for teams looking at KMP for native mobile (maybe web also, down the road). That means releasing on the latest Kotlin, evaluating libraries, updating architecture, etc.
Assume updates through 2020, and 1.4 release. We'll be very clear after that if we're going to wind down support. It won't just gather dust.
