+1 sign me in against autowrite

I love autowrite, for the most part. I rely on syntastic to tell me when I've made a mistake and proofreading to catch documentation errors, so I've set autowrite so I have automatic saves.

However, I don't think this should be set by default. I think this is one of those settings that should only be turned on after thinking about it.

Mark me down as being against autowrite as a default setting as well.

I'm killing it. It does paint with broader strokes than I like. Other than the 'hidden' caveat, the main thing I want it for is forgetting to write before :make. (Why is it failing? Oh, I forgot to write.) That's also achievable with a QuickFixCmdPre autocommand, but I'm abstaining from anything as complicated as an autocommand just yet.

👍, just set hidden and be done with it.
