#global_content_for
does exactly what #content_for
does: it provides global attributes in the controller view.
however, the name reflects that the captured content is not available in subsequent cell views, only in "global" controller views.
you think we should rename it? or provide an alias_method?
note: it would be great to have one markup system here on github as i tend to confuse textile and markdown. period.
