Do check if you're indeed in the ZT group. Run groups to see which groups your user belongs to.

Well, my user is a member of zerotier-one group. I added also root to it in case just to see if something changes, but it still asks.

Ok. Maybe an update can be pushed to fix this.
I changed ownership of the whole /var/lib/zerotier-one file to my user and now it always starts without prompt.
The prompt can do that in the future with the corresponding disclaimer of course.
