Setup fails with "wget: bad address 'pkgs.tailscale.com'" about hass-addons HOT 10 CLOSED

I just did a rebuild/reinstall of the addon this morning to try and reproduce the issue and failed - in your logs it looks like docker failed to either DNS resolve or connect to tailscale's download site.

Could you:

• confirm that (from the same network your HA is connected to) you can browse to pkgs.tailscale.com using a browser
• try installing the addon one more time?

It certainly seems like DNS is broken in the docker container.
Other add-ons install correctly, though.

That's super unusual...

I'm just rebuilding again my end (my instance was hassos/core verison behind yours) so will see if I can repro. If I may are there any other networking add-ons installed on the host/quirks in your home IP setup?

If we can't work out the cause I might look at building and deploying pre-built docker images like some other addons, but it might take me a bit to get the spare cycles/time.

Sorry two extra questions:

• you can resolve pkgs.tailscale.com but can you establish a HTTPS connection to it from your network/other containers? (dumb question just need to eliminate that possibility)
• Do you have ipv6 connectivity to the internet? (curious if wget is prefrencing IPv6 and that's why I can't repro)

I want to just confirm that there's not a IPv4 vs. IPv6 connectivity issue withing hassos's docker build of the addon, mainly as this is the first obvious reason I can't repro (very little IPv6 in Australia!)

I've forked off the repo here with the changes - if you could try building on that and send through the output (redact anything you're not comfortable sharing) we'll go from there.

@devilmonastery give v1.12.3.2 a whirl, I cherry picked some commits from a contributor that appear to alleviate this issue
