libgstamfcodec.dll是gstreamer用来支持amd显卡编解码视频的，这个可能是AMD集成显卡的兼容问题，你可以先尝试更新一下相关的驱动。

另外，我要问一下，你使用的是64位系统吗？

系统是64位的。
是我的问题，我之前是用windows更新 自动更新的驱动。用amd官网的更新驱动，现在可以打开了。
