I couldn't find a way to disable caching when it was added with attributes. Authentication is implemented also with attributes, so when authentication is disabled, custom AllowAllAuthentication is used. This would probably require something similar.
Now Fake Server has a caching implementation with ETagMiddleware, so I will put this on hold and maybe some day this will be finished.
