Regularization parameter about turbinesfoam HOT 3 OPEN

If you check this line, you can see that the regularization parameter can be adjusted separately for each blade profile in the fvOptions turbine definition's profileData dict, as such:

        profileData
        {
            naca_blah
            {
                ...
		        GaussianCoeffs
		        {
			        chordFactor	0.25;
			        dragFactor	1;
			        meshFactor	2;
		        }
            }

One of these three values is activated depending on certain conditions (e.g. local cell size, local chord length etc.) to maintain stability. Default values are assigned if not specified.
