If you have the Windows XP toolset installed it should still work. Make sure both projects are using the v141_xp toolset, recompile both with that setting. Also make sure you launch the client dll and not the server dll, and set up the debugger settings to launch Half-Life with your mod set up. The message you see in the error list is just a warning, not an error. The dialog i don't know about, if i could see the error message in English i could perhaps figure out what's causing it.

And i don't know the details about your Discord ban, all i know is you broke the rules.
