因为手头目前没有windows， 烦请测试下是否可用

运行ssserver后
客户端在win10下， 用ss客户端连接，可以正常使用。
使用brook Windows Client ，网页设置和.brook.setting都改过，点start后打开网页没反应
brook客户端端口1080未动，ss客户端端口1082 两者未发生冲突。

我可以理解为:
- brook server for windows 可以用
- brook client for windows(10) 不可以用. ( 如果是的话, 可以提个新的issue reproduce下吗, 这样以后有人遇到同样地问题可以更方便的搜索查询)
