Thanks for using the component! There is not currently an event emitted for this, but something like that should be really easy to implement.

I'm thinking the component should probably return the key, value, and path to the selected element?

I could look at doing it in the next week or so, but if you'd be willing to contribute it I'd happily help get that merged and published.

Yes, "key, value, and path" would be very useful, thanks.
As for myself, sorry but right now my skills are very poor, web dev is just an hobby and I'm learning it in dribs and drabs. I'm afraid I wouldn't make myself useful :-)
