Hey. Thanks for your patch. The css is afaik handled globally somewhere in the render chain. I gues Martin Bless could give some deeper insight at this point. You find him in slack, please have a look at the introduction chapter for more links and information on how to contact the docs team.
For the TSconfig docs, the table based property listing has recently been dropped, so the issue itself does not apply to TSconfig anymore. For the sake of a clean issue system, I'll close the issue in this repository now. I hope that is ok with you.
