Improve the Render example configuration about hocuspocus HOT 3 CLOSED

Regarding the goals of the improvement.. looking at the existing render.yaml, it simply launches a backend server...

Whereas:

• I have the render config deploying a frontend server, backend server, and a persistent volume.
• production and dev frontend server deploy from different branches
• The reason the backend isn't setup similarly is that the dev server uses a "dev" namespace for it's document ids (not best practice 😅)

Perhaps I could contribute a render.yaml + walkthrough docs that has similar properties? Thoughts?
