I can do a file exist query on our hardlink?

We need to warn users, when accessing the channel the traditional way, if
they are on windows, and haven't yet run the cmd file.
This is needed if we make it to the UAS, since then we can't expect users
to actually read the manual :-(—

Nope you can't...Cuz the only way your code can run, is if the link exists.....
As such, only the bundle part can do this ;-)
