个人感觉不要吧，太多预设的逻辑可能会导致理解问题。比如这个场景用户可能是想要 get 的，结果不小心写了 data，然后变成 post 了。可能他排查的时候发现数据是有的，但是没注意到变成 post 了。
而且可能是用户要 put。

倒是感觉可以有一个提示，检测到有 data，但是不是 put 或者 post 的时候给一个警告。
