产生的原因可能有很多：

  1. 电脑系统问题
  2. vite-plugin-svg-icons 插件本身的兼容性或 BUG
  3. vscode 权限的问题
  4. pnpm 的问题

你可以尝试：

  1. 换台电脑试一试
  2. 去 vite-plugin-svg-icons 仓库提问
  3. 下载 System Installer 版本的 vscode，或者管理员模式打开 vscode
  4. 使用 npm 试试
  5. 全局安装 fast-glob
