Convert MauiImage to UnoImage about uno.resizetizer HOT 4 CLOSED

As discussed today with Nick and Jerome.

• The UnoResizetizer (UR) should generate images following the Windows patterner {filename}.scale-{probeScale}{extension};
• We should run the UR before the UnoAssetsGeneration and DispatchToInnerBuilds tasks, to make sure that assets will be ready to be mapped into the platforms.
• The images should be generated as content, and added to the output folder
