Stil disabled on netsh interface teredo show state about teredofix HOT 5 CLOSED

I just tried running the script on a new machine and it seemed to have set the right values on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iphlpsvc\Teredo

Also using the comand: netsh interface teredo show state, before and after running the script, it shows that teredo is enabled but dormant.

So the next step i did was enable the portworwarding on my router (my router require the portforward, not all router need that).
And finally i opened the xbox app, for some reason teredo didn't wake up until i opened the xbox app.

Nat is showed as cone, but from what i understand it means that it is open
