it relies on another readme (sorrry) but should have all the relevant steps. please bear with us as we make changes to the code daily..
we hope to get a ppa up and running some time soon to provide stable builds locked at specific compatible revisions.

Also, we will be hosting a routing service in the near future and will have a demo that will allow hitting the service rather than bulding tiles and running a local tyr server.

Where is the Valhalla data coming from? OSM (same as OSRM?)?

OSM. Some other open data sources are planned (GTFS transit information, elevation data, etc.).
