[CS1.6]: in-game UI offset about halflife HOT 5 OPEN

Happens to me as well with ingame resolution set to 1680x1050, I only notice it on the initial MOTD screen, as I use old style menu for everything else.

Fairly sure the MOTD style UI has been messed up like this on certain resolutions since 1.6 came out (possibly even before then)

We don't currently support another other than 4:3 video modes in these pieces of the UI currently. Adding feature request.

One more problematic part is the in-game overview map which shows player dots, the bomb etc at a completely wrong place in wide resolutions, it's not that annoying ingame since you only see it when you are dead or on HLTV, but it limits the broadcasters to 4:3 resolutions and having black bars on the side.
