Can you install RVM \curl -sSL https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable
, open a new terminal, and gem install synx
? I think this will fix it for you.
from synx.
You're going to need to be more specific. Did you try looking through the readme?
from synx.
thanks, and when I execute command " gem install synx" is successfully installed synx -0.0.52,and then i use the command "synx xxx.xcodeproj",it's show me "-bash : synx :command not found"
from synx.
Are you using RVM? It's possible that you've installed synx on a separate gemset than what you're trying to use it on.
rvm current
will tell you what version of ruby you're currently on
and
gem list
will tell you what gems you have for that version's gemset
from synx.
thanks again.and I use MAC default terminal.
rvm current
-bash: rvm: command not found
gem list

Looks like something may be messed up with your path. Can you
echo $PATH
from synx.
I installed sync twice, one in the default path ,other in my demo project path.
echo $PATH

* To start using RVM you need to run `source /Users/username/.rvm/scripts/rvm`
in all your open shell windows, in rare cases you need to reopen all shell windows.

anyway ,thank you again。
from synx.
you installed it with sudo
, so you'd have to use it with sudo
. But don't, because then all of your files will be owned by the super user.
This is probably because you're on system ruby. rvm current
will probably show system
. So, rvm use 2.1.1
. It'll probably take some time to install, and then use that ruby to install and use synx. You shouldn't need to sudo
anything.
from synx.
ok,thanks a lot .I try it again.
