Doesn't send notifications when free rewards are available about kickstarter-reward-notifier HOT 3 OPEN

Not sure if this is related, but even after doing @Cliffback's changes, I'm not able to get notications. I'm getting this when I try running the example command with my own token and user ID:

2022/10/11 15:28:39 Could not get the project description, got HTTP response 403: "403 Forbidden"
exit status 1

Same thing when I change the project URL for something currently on-going.

My fix only fixed the updating and saving of the available rewards, and doesn’t change anything that has to do with either fetching the project or sending notifications, so it should probably be raised as its own issue.

Are the error you are referring to something you get in the terminal or in Telegram? If it is in the terminal, can you see if you get correct updates without registering your Telegram? That might tell us if the problems lies with getting the data from Kickstarter, or with sending updates to Telegram.

I just started a new issue and it was something I got in terminal.
