Dear Bruno,
The error you get ( .command.sh: line 3: /MiniEx/bin/enricherv3.2.4: Permission denied ) indicates that you don't have the permission to run the binary file (enricherv3.2.4) that is distributed together with MINI-EX. Could you please try to manually update its permissions, by going to the /MiniEx/bin repository and executing chmod a+x enricherv3.2.4? And then try to run MINI-EX again.
